Death Note Black Edition From VIZ Media

VIZ Media has released the Death Note Black Edition, an oversized version of the acclaimed supernatural crime thriller. Each manga contains two of the original mangas by Tsugumi Ohba in one as Viz Media is trying to bring about a new ‘generation’ of fans. Not only does it feature full colour pages of Takeshi Obata’s artwork, but the covers are also designed similar to that of the notebook featured in the series.

The original Death Note series, a 12-volume mystery, continues to be a must-read among legions of ardent fans, having sold over 1.2 million copies in the U.S. to date.
