Hugh Jackman has released, via his Twitter account, this first official look at himself as Jean Valjean (aka Prisoner 24601) in Tom Hooper’s (The King’s Speech) adaptation of Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel and stage musical ‘Les Misérables.’ The following message accompanies the image: “Very excited about how the first days of filming are going!! Check out my convict look…but its changing soon.”

  2. Great cast! I look forward to seeing this. I loved The King’s Speech, so it looks like this movie would be equally good.
